Candice heeft in een interview laten weten dat ze niet zeker weet of alle fans blij zijn met het einde van Klaus en Caroline samen krijgen als ‘The Originals’ afgelopen is. Zelf is ze geen grote fan van de relatie tussen haar personage Caroline en Klaus maar vind wel dat de fans een einde moeten krijgen nu ook ‘The Originals’ stopt.

Klaroline fans may not be getting the forever they’ve been hoping for. Candice King revealed to Us Weekly that while Caroline Forbes is set to return to The Originals for the finale, she’s not rooting for Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Caroline to get a happy ending – and she never was.

“I never understood it, but I love that there’s such a dedication to this Caroline and Klaus love story,” she told Us exclusively at the Children Mending Hearts’ Empathy Rocks fundraiser on Sunday, June 10. “It just was a natural thing, knowing that The Originals was coming to an end, to really give the fans what they wanted. I think they deserved to see an element of that chapter coming to a close. I don’t know if everyone will be satisfied, but I think the majority will be pretty happy with the series finale.”

Caroline was introduced in the first season of The Vampire Diaries and while she never (exactly) dated Klaus, their ongoing love/hate friendship made them one of the popular will-they-won’t-they couples in the franchise.

“I was so grateful that I got to be a part of it. You know, I’m sure a fan of everyone that works on that series, in front of the camera and behind the camera. So it was really fun to be part of it again,” she added.

Er zijn nieuwe outtakes verschenen van de promotieshoot van Candice’s sieradenlijn Collective Journeys. De lijn is zo’n succes dat ze door de eerste voorraad heen zijn, er worden nieuwe armbanden gemaakt maar het kan tot 4 weken duren voordat je die binnen hebt :)

Ian heeft op zijn instagram account laten weten op 12 juni dat zijn hond Ira is overlijden. De Duitse herder bleek kanker te hebben.

At 12:11 PM PST this beautiful girl took her last breath. Quietly cancer had filled this amazing girl of mine and there was nothing any of us could do. I’ve never known a more incredible animal. A soul that spoke 1,000 languages. Kid, I will miss you and anyone that ever got to know you will miss you. Countless flights, 100nights in the airstream, driving across the country, jumping in every lake- river- stream and ocean there was, just for a splash and to be happy. Thank you for loving me like I’ve never known. I know you’re here, your energy is here with us-I saw you playing with Neech this morning. I love you kiddo.

Danielle Campbell en Paul Wesley zijn beide gecast in nieuwe tv-serie Tell Me A Story die uitgezonden zal worden op CBS’s zender All Access . De thriller/drama series zal gaan over onze geliefde sprookjes met een duistere twist. Het eerste seizoen zal gaan over de sprookjes ‘De 3 kleine biggetjes’, ‘Roodkapje’ en ‘Hans en Grietje’ en speelt zich af in NYC. Hiermee zal Paul ook opnieuw samenwerken met Kevin Williamson, die eerder één van de schrijvers was van ‘The Vampire Diaries’

Danielle’s rol: Kayla, a girl who is struggling since the recent death of her mother.

Paul’s rol: Eddie, a derelict and troubled individual whose petulance is fueled even more by his problems with drugs and alcohol. Although he works as a bartender, he also splits his time as a low-level drug dealer and part-time thief with his older brother Mitch, who never fails to treat Eddie as the lowly delinquent that he is.
