Er is een nieuwe trailer verschenen voor Kat’s film ‘Cut Throat City’, deze zal op 14 maart in premiere gaan tijdens het South by Southwest Film Festival n op 10 april wereldwijd uitkomen. De promotie van de film begon al in 2018 toen Kat samen met de cast de San Diego Comic-Con conventie bezocht.

Charles scoort rol in ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’
The Originals alum Charles Michael Davis has returned to the Big Easy, with a series regular role on CBS’ NCIS: New Orleans.
Beginning with the Sunday-bound procedural’s March 8 episode, Davis will play Quentin Carter, a “charming, confidant, even justifiably cocky” Special Agent who transfers to the NOLA office at Pride’s request.
As such, he will help fill the void left by Special Agent Christopher “Country Mouse” Lasalle, who was shockingly killed off six episodes into Season 6.
“We knew we needed someone exciting who could challenge the team — and Pride (played by Scott Bakula),” NCIS: New Orleans executive producer Christopher Silber told TV Insider, which broke the casting news. “Quentin has this history of moving from post to post, doing great things, but then pissing someone off and getting moved again.”
In addition to his run as The Originals‘ Marcel, CMD’s many TV credits include Chicago P.D., For the People, Grey’s Anatomy, The Game and Younger, where he still plays Zane Anders.
Off the air since mid-December, NCIS: Orleans will resume Season 6 on Feb. 16 — in a brand-new, Sundays-at-10/9 time slot — with an episode in which the team grows concerned when Sebastian becomes unreachable while undercover as a new recruit.

Kat gecast in nieuwe Hallmark film ‘Fashionably Yours’
Kat is gecast in nieuwe Hallmark film ‘Fashionably Yours’, hierin zal ze samen te zien zijn met acteur Kendrick Sampson. Hij speelde in seizoen 5 van ‘The Vampire Diaries’ de rol van Jesse. De film is op 11 april te zien op de Amerikaanse zender.
Hallmark may be in the middle of its Love Ever After event, but the network is already looking to a future season.
TV Insider has learned exclusively that Kat Graham, Kendrick Sampson, and Sheryl Lee Ralph will star in one of its Spring Fever movies, Fashionably Yours. Production began Monday, February 3, in Vancouver, and the film will also be filming in Seattle. It is set to premiere on April 11.
In Fashionably Yours, after three years organizing fashion collections at a top magazine, Lauren (Graham) is passed up for a promotion and decides it is finally time to throw in the towel on Seattle and move home. When Rob (Sampson), the owner of the moving company she hires, learns of her distaste for the city, he makes it his mission to help her see the beauty of Seattle and all it has to offer. In exchange for her organizing services, he becomes her tour guide for the next two weeks leading up to her move and Lauren discovers there is a lot to fall in love with in Seattle.
It’s the first Hallmark Channel movie for both Graham and Sampson and the second for Ralph, who was in 2017’s Christmas at Holly Lodge. It’s also a bit of a Vampire Diaries reunion, as Graham starred on the CW series for its eight seasons, while Sampson recurred in Season 5.

Kayla Ewell is getting a second chance at life as a vampire on Batwoman.
EW has confirmed that The Vampire Diaries alum will play the vampiric DC Comics villain Nocturna in the freshman superhero drama’s 13th episode, titled “Drink Me” and airing Feb. 23.
Created in the ’80s, Nocturna was initially introduced as a thief who had a pale skin and light sensitivity after an accident, and eventually became one of Bruce Wayne’s love interests; however, in DC Comics’ 2011 New 52 reboot, the character was reintroduced as a vampire and one of Batwoman’s villains. Nocturna and Kate entered into a romantic relationship during a 2014-2015 arc, which was controversial because hypnosis and mind-control were involved, raising issues of consent. Just this week, Noctruna popped up in a Batwoman one-shot included in DC’s Valentine’s Day special Crimes of Passion.
In Batwoman‘s take, the alluring and seductive villain preys on the beautiful people of Gotham to sustain her need for human blood caused by a rare disease. In fact, a mid-season promo release in January showed Nocturna taking a bite out of one unlucky Gothamite. Up until now, Batwoman has favored more grounded villains (except for in the recently concluded crossover), but Nocturna seems like somewhat of a departure from that trend.

The star of LOST and The Vampire Diaries knows what TV success tastes like—the former show a genre-bending phenom, and the latter a massive favorite among its millions of devoted fans, especially online (Somerhalder has accumulated 16 million Instagram followers, for reference).
LOST was Somerhalder’s first big TV hit. He played Boone Carlyle, one of the show’s original cast members, and (spoiler alert!) the first of that main cast to die, proving that she the stakes were sky-high, and anyone could go at any point.
The first season of LOST is in the midst of somehow celebrating its 15th anniversary (it debuted in September 2004), and Somerhalder looks back on the show fondly. “It was way ahead of its time,” he says.

Paul Wesley regisseert ‘Batwoman’-aflevering
‘The Vampire Diaries’-ster Paul Wesley keert terug naar de CW.
Een bekende naam keert terug! Acteur en regisseur van The Vampire Diaries gaat een aflevering van Batwoman regisseren in het nieuwe seizoen van de show.
Acteur Paul Wesley onthulde het nieuws maandag op Instagram met een geheimzinnige omslag van het script, geschreven door Daphne Miles. Wesley maakte zijn regiedebuut in seizoen 5 van The Vampire Diaries en regisseerde nog vier afleveringen voordat de serie afliep.
Sindsdien regisseerde hij afleveringen van Shadowhunters en The Vampire Diaries-spin-off Legacies. Wesley speelt ook een hoofdrol in CBS All Access: Tell Me a Story, dat midden in het tweede seizoen zit.
Batwoman is net terug van een onderbreking die eindigde met een grote wending en een verrassende verschijning.
“Kate is in de war, opgewonden en in conflict met de persoon waar ze al heel lang naar verlangt,” vertelde showrunner Caroline Dries in een interview over Kate.
