    Nadat eerder in het nieuws kwam dat er een remake gemaakt wordt van de klassieker ‘Hocus Pocus’ waarin Bette Midler en Sarah Jessica Parker een rol had. Bied zij zichzelf met haar ‘The Secret Cirle’ co-sterren Britt Robertson & Shelley Hennig aan als de nieuwe sterren.

  • Nina promoot ‘Flatliners’

    Nina was van de week op de ‘Flatliners’ Press Conference in NYC, de film verschijnt deze week in de Amerikaanse bioscopen. In nederland moeten we nog even wachten hier is de film pas 9 november te zien.

  • Paul aanwezig op Salt Lake Comic Con

    Paul was afgelopen weekend aanwezig op de Salt Lake Comic Con. Hierbij liet hij weten een mini-serie te hebben opgenomen voor Netflix, in oktober een film gaat opnemen in maart en opnieuw een aflevering gaat regiseren voor ‘Shadowhunters’!   • Nina gecast in nieuwe film ‘Dog Days’

    Nina is gecast in de nieuwe komedie ‘Dog Days’ wat zal gaan over het leven van verschillende hondeigenaneren wiens leven op een manier met elkaar verbonden is. De opnames staan gepland voor oktober.

    It sounds like Nina Dobrev is going to be like every pet owner in her upcoming movie role.
    Deadline reports that she’s been cast as Good Day Seattle host Elizabeth in Dog Days, an upcoming comedy about the interconnected lives of several dog owners in Los Angeles. Elizabeth’s dog is with her through everything, especially as she deals with harassment at work and other issues.

    The movie will begin shooting in October, according to Deadline, and it’ll be directed by Wet Hot American Summer actor and How to Be a Latin Lover director Ken Marino. “I’m very excited to direct a movie about dogs,” he told Deadline. “All of my best friends are dogs. Truth be told, the only friends I have are dogs. So this is a dream come true.”
    Nina is also curr
    ently shooting the film Lucky Day and stars in the upcoming horror flick Flatliners, which comes out September 29.

  • Malese gecast in ‘Escape Plan 3: Devil’s Station’ met Sylvester Stallone

    Production on Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films ’ Escape Plan 3: Devil’s Station has commenced with Sylvester Stallone on board to reprise his starring role along with Dave Bautista, Jaime King, Lydia Hull, and Tyler Jon Olson. The are joined by franchise newcomers Max Zhang, Devon Sawa (Final Destination), Harry Shum Jr. (Shadowhunters), Malese Jow (The Vampire Diaries), and Sergio Rizzuto in the film, which John Herzfeld is directing.

    In this installment, Ray Breslin (Stallone) and Trent DeRosa (Bautista) must join forces again in order to rescue one of their team members who is held captive at the penitentiary known as Devil’s Station, a prison where no one ever gets out.

    Herzfeld co-wrote the sequel with Miles Chapman, who wrote the previous two pics. EFO’s Randall Emmett and George Furla return as producers alongside Atmosphere Entertainment’s Mark Canton, Zack Schiller of Boies/Schiller Film Group, Jie Qiu and Echo Su. Exec producers are Barry Brooker and Stan Wertlieb of Grindstone, Robert Jones and Wayne Marc Godfrey of The Fyzz Facility, Ted Fox and Mark Stewart and Alex Boies. Leomus is co-financing the feature, which will be released via Lionsgate.

  • Eerste ‘Where’s the Money’ Trailer

    The first look at Logan Paul and Kat Graham‘s new movie Where’s the Money is here!

    In the upcoming R-rated college comedy, Andrew Batchelor stars as Del, a young man who pledges to a college fraternity in an attempt to recover a stash of stolen money that has been hidden in the frat house.

    The movie also stars Method Man, Mike Epps and Terry Crews, and will be released to select theatres on October 22, 2017.

    Where’s the Money will also be available on DVD and Digital HD on October 24, 2017.

  • ‘The Lost Wife of Robert Durst’ trailer

    The Jinx subject Robert Durst is once again getting the small-screen treatment in The Lost Wife of Robert Durst.

    EW has the exclusive first trailer for the Lifetime original movie, which stars Daniel Gillies (The Originals) as the titular New York real estate scion and Katharine McPhee (Scorpion) as his first wife, Kathie, who went missing in 1982.

    Based on journalist Matt Birkbeck’s book A Deadly Secret: The Bizarre and Chilling Story of Robert Durst, the film examines the dark and disturbing turn in the couple’s marriage and the aftermath of her still unsolved disappearance.

    The Lost Wife of Robert Durst premieres Nov. 4 on Lifetime. Watch the trailer above.

  • Claire scoort rol in thriller ‘Becoming’

    The psychological thriller centers on a young woman who learns her fiance has become possessed by an entity.
    Ben-Hur star Toby Kebbell has signed on to join Claire Holt in the psychological thriller Becoming.

    Penned and to be directed by Omar Naim (The Final Cut), the film centers on a young woman who learns her fiancé has become possessed by an entity which takes over bodies, kills families and then moves on to new bodies. But now he wants to start his own family, which leaves her faced with an impossible choice about the one she loves.

    The pic, which will start production in October in Kentucky, is being produced by Michael Philip, Gaby Whyte Hart and Kebbell. Jason Moring, Stanley Preschutti and Mark Padilla of Double Dutch International (DDI) and Cory Chen of M-Star International will executive produce.

    DDI is introducing the film to international buyers at the Toronto International Film Festival.

    “Becoming is such a strong script and we’re excited to team up again with Michael Philip. Toby and Claire are sure to lure audiences in,” said Moring.

    Added Philip: “Toby Kebbell and Claire Holt are an amazing tandem for Becoming and set the tone as we move forward into production.”

    Kebbell was most recently seen in Kong: Skull Island, A Monster Calls and War for the Planet of the Apes. He is repped by CAA and the Independent Talent Group.

    Holt starred opposite Mandy Moore in the shark thriller 47 Meters Down and she also stars on the CW series The Originals. She is repped by WME Entertainment and Management 360.

    NEARLY sixteen years after its release, one of the stars of Legally Blonde has opened up about the secret love story playing out behind the scenes.

    ON SCREEN, we met Warner Huntington III as the playboy who had two beautiful women fighting over him as they all attempted to graduate law school in comedy masterpiece Legally Blonde — but there was a whole other love story going on behind the scenes.
    Warner (played by Matthew Davis) was the ultimate pompous jerk: early in the piece, he dumped sorority queen Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon) in favour of a more “serious” fiancee (Selma Blair) before heading off to Harvard, inspiring his ex to follow them there and prove she’s “wife material”.
