    Steven heeft afgelopen vrijdag op een event aan de pers laten niet langer verloofd te zijn met model Alexandra Silva. Het stel dat sinds december 2016 samen was verloofd zich afgelopen januari. Steven liet verder weten nu vooral te genieten zijn zijn leven, te hicken met zijn honden of boxen. Op de vraag wat hij zoekt in een toekomstige parter, gewoon liefde.

    Steven R. McQueen and Alexandra Silva have called off their engagement.

    The Vampire Diaries star told Us Weekly at the Voices In Displacement Gala on Friday (May 4) that he is canceling his plans to marry the model.

    “You know what? Actually, we called it off,” he said when asked about wedding plans. “We did. But yeah, it’s just the way it was. It happened.”

    “Enjoying me time,” he added. “If I’m stressed I like anything from hiking with my dogs to boxing. Whatever comes up.”

    He also shared what he’s looking for in any future love interests: “You know, just love. That’s all.”

    Steven announced their proposal back in January with a black-and-white Instagram photo of them kissing while at dinner. They became Instagram official in December 2016.

  • Life Time Tri Charity Triathlon in Miami

    Claire en Steven hebben afgelopen weekend beide deelgenomen aan de Life Time Tri Charity Triathlon in Miami, om zo geld in te halen voor het kinderziekenhuis St. Judes. Beide namen in 2016 ook al deel aan het evenement.

    Er zijn nieuwe foto’s verschenen van Steven’s opkomende film ‘Home By Spring’, deze wordt aanstaande zondag 31 maart uitgezonden op de Amerikaanse zender Hallmark – die de film ook produceerde. Dit is Steven’s eerste filmproject nadat hij vorig jaar voor één aflevering te zien was in ‘The Vampire Diaries’ en in 2016 de serie ‘Chigago Fire’ verliet.

  • Steven gecast in Hallmark film ‘Home by Spring’

    Steven is gecast in de nieuwe film ‘Home by Spring’ van de Amerikaanse zender Hallmark. Dit is weer zijn eerste project nadat hij 2016 te zien was in ‘Chigago Fire’ en vorig jaar terugkeerde rol als Jeremy in de laatste aflevering van ‘The Vampire Diaries’. De film is op zaterdag 31 maart te zien op de zender.

  • Vampire Diaries: Steven R. McQueen Returning as Jeremy for Series Finale

    Ook Steven R. McQueen die de rol van Jeremy Gilbert speelde zal terugkeren in de laatste aflevering van ‘The Vampire Diaries’

    Jeremy Gilbert is heading back to Mystic Falls to say good morning to his sister. (Well, “sister.”)

    Though McQueen left the show midway through its sixth season, he returned for that finale, which happened to be Nina Dobrev’s final appearance — until the series finale — as Elena.

    Of course, McQueen is hardly the only fan-favorite actor returning for the big farewell. Thanks to the magic of social media, we know that David Anders (John Gilbert), Kayla Ewell (Vicki Donovan) and Michael Trevino (Tyler Lockwood) are among those popping in for the finale.
    So, what do you think brings all of these characters — some of whom are definitely dead — back to Mystic Falls?

  • Steven verlaat ‘Chigago Fire’

    Steven heeft de hitserie ‘Chigago Fire’ verlaten, zijn personage werd op spectaculaire wijze uit de serie geschreven als logisch gevolg van de verhaallijn de afgelopen paar afleveringen. Executive producer Michael Brandt legt in een interview met EW uit waarom deze keuze gemaakt werd, Steven zou professioneel gereageerd hebben op zijn vertrek in de serie.
