Claire Holt en Casper Finn zullen te zien zijn flashbacks in de eerste aflevering van seizoen 3, eerder was al bekend dat Nate Buzolic ook te zien zou zijn.
Get ready for more Mikaelsons! The original Finn (Casper Zafer) is making his debut on The Originals season premiere in a flashback scene that will also include fan favorites Claire Holt and Nathaniel Buzolic.
“[It’s] a flashback that we’ve never seen before,” Michael Narducci tells TVGuide.com. “We’ve always understood that the Mikaelson family, the brothers and sister, had to flee in the wake of Esther’s death by Klaus’ hands. Klaus blamed Mikael and said, ‘We have to go. Our father is insane,’ and for a very long time Mikael chased them. So wouldn’t it be cool to see the family not long after that? What was their state of mind? What were their relationships like? How did they relate to one another knowing Mikael was out there somewhere, and they’re relatively new vampires so what was their existence like? I think it might be surprising and interesting.”
Mega Buzz: Klaus and Cami are getting closer on The Originals!Zafer last appeared as Finn on Season 3 of The Vampire Diaries. The character was resurrected in The Originals Season 1 finale, but was played by Yusuf Gatewood until Freya drew out his soul from Vincent’s body and into her talisman.

PHOTOSSignificant Mother Exclusive: Nathaniel Buzolic Bares All for CW Comedy’s Poster
In addition to starring in the new comedy Significant Mother — a clothing-optional environment, to say the least — Buzolic will soon make his long-awaited return to The Originals, a fact executive producer Julie Plec revealed during the show’s panel at Comic-Con earlier this month.
Though Buzolic has yet to make the trek back to “New Orleans,” he tells TVLine he’s excited to continue exploring the fan-favorite character.“From what I understand, this is going to be a flashback-heavy season, which is cool, because it means there’s more opportunity for Kol to come back and you can see more of him,” he says.

Buzolic says he’s always blown away by the support he receives from fans on social media, asking when they can expect to see him as Kol again.“I made it clear when I signed on to Significant Mother that I wanted to also be available for The Originals if the opportunity came up,” he says. “I’m incredibly grateful to Julie Plec for giving me that opportunity; being a part of that show has been a life-changing experience for me. I’ll always have a soft spot for that character.”

Hierbij zijn mijn foto’s van de BloodyNightCon Europe Conventie eind mei! Van de tweede dag zijn er wat minder foto’s doordat enkele panels niet doorgingen omdat de photo opps uitliepen en ik eerder weg moest van de conventie. Daardoor mist in ieder geval de sluitingsceremonie.

De eerste afleveringstills van Nate’s nieuwe serie Significant Mother zijn verschenen, de serie is vanaf 3 augustus te zien op The CW.
Sometimes, when a young restauranteur goes away, he comes home to discover that his super hot best friend has fallen for his mother. It’s just how life works … at least, in The CW’s upcoming comedy Significant Mother.
EW has an exclusive first look at the show, in which Josh Zuckerman plays Nate, the poor fellow who returns home to discover that his friend Jimmy, played by The Vampire Diaries’ Nathaniel Buzolic, has swept his mother (Krista Allen) off her feet. But that’s only the beginning of Nate’s problem. The real issue comes later, when Nate’s father (Jonathan Silverman) decides he wants to get back together with his ex.
And if the photos are any indication, things are about to get real awkward for Nate.

Helaas zal Nate Buzolic dit jaar niet naar ‘The Vampire Diaries’ conventies kunnen gaan waar hij deze zomer te gast zou zijn. Zo ook de conventie in Brussel over twee weken. Dit laat hij zelf weten via zijn Twitteraccount i.v.m. opnames van zijn nieuwe tv serie ‘Significant Mother’.

Voor retourenring of omzetting evt. gekochte producten voor de conventie in Brussel zoals handtekeningen, photo opps en meeting rooms komt binnenkort meer informatie via de organisatie KLZ events. Zij gaan kijken of ze nog een andere gast kunnen vinden die naar de conventie wil & kan komen. Maar de tijdslimiet is natuurlijk kortdag. Aangezien ik zelf ook naar de conventie ga… en al vond ik het super dat Nate zou komen, hoop ik dat de organisatie een acteur of actrice kan regelen die nog niet op de conventie in Brussel is geweest de afgelopen jaren…
Nate is gecast in de nieuwe CW komedie ‘Significant Mother’. De serie gaat over een restaurant houder die erachter komt dat zijn beste vriend Jimmy (Nate) aan het daten is met zijn pas gescheiden en dus single moeder. De opnames van de serie zullen snel beginnen aangezien de premiere van de serie gepland staat voor 3 augustus.
Nathaniel Buzolic, best known for playing the original Kol Mikaelson on The Vampire Diaries—and in flashbacks on The Originals—is returning to The CW.
EW has learned exclusively that Buzolic has been cast in the upcoming comedy Significant Mother from The CW and Alloy Entertainment. The show follows a Portland restauranteur named Nate (Josh Zuckerman), who has his whole world turned upside down when he finds out that his best friend is dating his newly separated mother, played by Krista Allen. That best friend? Jimmy, who will be played by Buzolic.
Jimmy’s official character description reads: “A home brewmaster and part-time bartender, Jimmy Barnes is a carefree optimist who leads with his heart, followed a while later by his head. And while he has always been loved by the ladies, his new relationship with his best friend’s mom may turn him into a one-woman kind of guy.”
Of course, Jimmy’s new found love of monogamy could be an issue when Nate’s father, played by Jonathan Silverman, later decides that he wants to win his wife back.
Significant Mother premieres Monday, August 3 at 9:30 p.m. on The CW.
