The CW heeft het plot voor het aankomende tweede seizoen van ‘Roswell, New Mexico’ vrijgegeven. De serie krijgt opnieuw een midseason release waardoor het waarschijnlijk begin 2020 te zien zal zijn op de zender. Het is nog niet bekend wanneer het nieuwe seizoen precies begint.
Once again, an Ortecho sister with a sharp tongue and a chip on her shoulder is back in Roswell after ten years gone… and she’s about to discover she’s been serving mint chip milkshakes to intergalactic aliens all her life. In the final moments of season one, Max Evans (Nathan Dean Parsons) used his alien powers to resurrect Rosa (Amber Midthunder) a decade after her murder… not realizing that he was sacrificing his own life in the process. In season two, Liz (Jeanine Mason) mourns her lost love by seeking comfort in science, both earthly and extraterrestrial, as Rosa turns to Kyle (Michael Trevino) to help her find her place in the unfamiliar territory of 2019. In their grief, Isobel (Lily Cowles) explores potentially dangerous methods of self-defense, and Michael (Michael Vlamis) spirals into some old bad habits, putting his relationships with Maria (Heather Hemmens) and Alex (Tyler Blackburn) at risk. Finally, our heroes must make a deal with Jesse Manes (Trevor St. John) for information after a friend seems to vanish into thin air… and the apparent “alien abduction” brings new small-town secrets to light. Leah Pipes een terugkerende rol gescoord als Fiona Callahan in de nieuwe ‘Charmed’ serie op de CW. Ze zal de zus van elder Charity spelen, een heks met een mysterieus verleden. Leah was eerdere deze maand al samen met Ellen Tamaki te zien in een instagramstory, wat vermoede a deed vermoeden dat ze samen op de set waren. Daarnaast heeft ‘Pretty Little Liars’ acteur Tyler Blackburn heeft een gastrol gescoord in ‘Charmed’. Hij zal voor één aflevering te zien zijn als Viralis, een demoon die zielen steelt met een loyale fans die hem volgen. De acteur is momenteel ook te zien in de nieuwe CW serie ‘Rosswell New Mexico’ samen met Michael Trevino.

EW can exclusively reveal that Charmed has added former Pretty Little Liars star — and current Roswell, New Mexico star — Tyler Blackburn. Blackburn will appear in one episode of the CW series as Viralis, a soul-sucking demon with a loyal cult following. With the power to see into the depths of the human soul, he lures his victims by promising to manifest their greatest desire.
Additionally, the series welcomes former Originals star Leah Pipes, who will recur as Fiona Callahan, Elder Charity’s younger sister and Harry’s former charge. It seems she’s back in Hilltowne after spending years languishing in Tartarus under suspicious circumstances. Fiona is a witch with a mysterious past and an even more cryptic power. Her release from Tartarus, orchestrated by the Sarcana, could be a blessing or a curse to the Charmed Ones.
