De eerste foto’s van Danielle’s nieuwe serie ‘Alive in Denver’ zijn verschenen, een officiele release datum is nog niet bekend. Vorig jaar augustus werd aangekondigd dat Danielle een rol in de serie had gescoort, naast o.a. ‘ICarly’ acteur Nathan Kress.

The 22-year-old actress has two new movies on the horizon in addition to her recurring role on CW’s “The Originals,” plus a slew of other TV appearances. One of her upcoming projects, a film called “You Can Choose Your Family,” documents the hilarious fallout when a shocking family secret is suddenly revealed. Another, “Ghostlight,” is a black comedy based on the superstitions surrounding the production and performance of Macbeth.
Branching out from the sphere of television, Campbell’s face will soon inhabit a number of different platforms — from traditional cinema to online releases — a trend she hopes to continue. Speaking with MONROWE, Campbell expressed her desire to be challenged, her passion for emotionally-stimulating roles, and how a routine hair appointment ended up deciding her career.
You’re starring in two new movies “You Can Choose Your Family” and “Ghostlight”, what can you tell us about them?
“You Can Choose Your Family” is a story about a boy who finds out his dad has had a second family his whole life. The cast is hysterical and it was a lot of fun to shoot; it’s the story between a dad and his son and how they rekindle their relationship.“Ghost Light” plays on the superstitions surrounding Macbeth. Do you buy into those superstitions at all?
I believe them to a certain extent and know a lot of things can happen on a set, but I don’t know if I believe it to the extent that this movie took it to. -
‘F The Prom’ trailer
Madelaine Petsch has proved on Riverdale that she can play a great mean girl — even if doing so may not match her personality, and Cheryl Blossom has since proved that there’s a lot going on underneath the glossy red hair that belies her tough-girl exterior. But now she’s taking her mean-girl repertoire out of Riverdale High and straight to F the Prom, a new movie co-starring Danielle Campbell.
The film follows Danielle’s Maddy, who has climbed her way up the ranks to popularity over the course of four high school years. (Popularity, we should remind you, is a construct.) But all of that comes screeching to a halt when she comes across Madelaine’s character Marissa making out with Maddy’s boyfriend and kicking her out of the in-crowd. Determined to get revenge, Maddy gets back in touch with her former best friend and fellow outcast Cole (Super 8’s Joel Courtney), and they start plotting and scheming to sabotage their school prom.
The trailer promises lots of drama and some hilarious one-liners, including Madelaine saying, “Go with a football player. It’s more iconic, like a Taylor Swift song.” Dare we say she’s giving off Regina George vibes?Galerij Links:

Danielle een relatie met Charlie Puth?
Volgens fans zou Danielle een relatie hebben met zanger Charlie Puth, nadat ze o.a. op elkaars sociale media reageerde. In de talkshow Ellen liet Charlie wel weten een relatie te hebben maar dit niet meer publiekelijk wil doen. Dus al zou hij een relatie hebben met Danielle dan zou hij dit niet zo snel laten weten.

Fans think Charlie Puth, 25, and Danielle Campbell, 22, are secretly dating, and the supporting info definitely points in that direction! First, Charlie shared a screenshot of him FaceTiming someone on Oct. 15. As you can see below, the person he appeared to be calling was Danielle — and Charlie quickly deleted the grab, obviously not wanting fans to see!
But wait, there’s more. Charlie also commented on a superhot photo of Danielle that she posted on Instagram Oct. 3. “I like your hat,” he wrote, and it instantly sent fans into a frenzy. “Okay charlie so you’re dating @thedaniellecampbell right??” one fan replied to the “Attention” singer. They’ve also pointed out that as of recently, Danielle follows not just Charlie, but his siblings Stephen and Mikaela on Instagram! Danielle is also one of just 99 people that Charlie follows on Insta.
Finally, in an Oct. 12 clip from The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Charlie reveals that he’s dating someone! “I’m actually not single right now,” he shared. “I’m in a relationship…[but] I’m kind of done with dating people in the public,” Charlie added. Danielle and Louis Tomlinson, 25, split in January 2017, and she was linked to Gregg Sulkin, 25, shortly after. Yes, that Gregg — and awkwardly enough, Charlie and Bella Thorne, 20, were also briefly rumored to be dating, making for a love rectangle, if you will! Now, it would seem that Danielle and Charlie have happily found each other.
